Director Hayley Peterson brings decades of experience in New Zealand’s premium residential building industry. Beginning her career with Jalcon homes, and holding senior roles with Navigation Homes and GJ Gardner Homes, Hayley was recognised as a Top Performer Nationwide for her excellence in design, client management and project delivery.

With years of experience in Finance, Sales and Business Management, and a strong background in Business Development, she ensures each build is managed with professionalism, transparency, and attention to detail.

Hayley is known for her hands-on approach and her ability to capture each client’s vision. From custom architectural design and colour consultancy to show home staging and development projects, she creates contemporary homes that feel timeless, grounded and personal.
